Week 1
WYFA Weigh-In and Audit of required paperwork – WYFA will be at a practice. They will be auditing the league books, which includes all of the required paperwork and they will be officially weighing in the boys.
Paperwork – Any outstanding paperwork is now past due, without the required documentation (WYFA (green form), copy of birth certificate, picture, current physical and SAP (required of those who live outside the City limits)) your son will NOT be permitted to play Saturday! See Team Director, Chris Shuster with questions.
Coaches set arrival time and practice schedules – please be certain to know what time your coach has requested that you arrive at the field. You will need time to assemble as a team, stretch, practice, etc... Each squad will be weighed-in by the opposing team’s director at half time of the game prior to the beginning of your game. If you are the game of the day, you can expect to arrive at the field a minimum of 1 hour prior to the start of the game.
Weigh In
Early weigh-in for participants who are line-only or must maintain weight in order to participate, if you want to be weighed in earlier in the day, please note the following: You should plan to weigh-in following the weigh-in of one of the Colts teams playing earlier in the day, meaning you should plan to arrive during half time of one of the Colts earlier games. Early weigh-in is at the discretion of the opposing team Director.
Late weigh-in, if the team has already weighed-in upon your arrival see your team Coach. Please note it is at the discretion of the opposing team Director when and if you get to weigh in and play.
Any questions please see Chris Shuster, Colts Team Director. Go Colts!
